We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer/Architect to join our fast-growing team. As a Sales Engineer/Architect, you will be responsible for understanding our clients' technical requirements, designing and proposing Microsoft Azure and infrastructure solutions, creating network diagrams, and effectively communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

• Understand clients' technical requirements and business objectives, and propose Microsoft Azure, infrastructure, and network solutions to meet those needs.

• Create detailed network diagrams to illustrate the proposed solutions, ensuring they are accurate, comprehensive, and easy to understand for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients, ranging from laypersons to IT professionals, with a focus on establishing trust and credibility.

• Actively engage with multiple clients on a daily basis, managing and juggling multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Break down complex projects and environments into manageable tasks, tickets, and projects with specific, measurable results and quotable estimates.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and project management, to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Microsoft Azure, infrastructure, and network technologies and best practices, and apply this expertise to client projects.

• 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or consulting role, preferably with a focus on Microsoft Azure, infrastructure, and network solutions.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure, infrastructure, and network devices and design.

• Proficiency in creating and interpreting network diagrams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex projects into manageable tasks and deliverables.

• Microsoft Azure certifications or other relevant industry certifications.

• Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Modern Workplace solutions.
